Fisher Funds at World of Wearable Arts (WOW)
Fisher Funds was sponsoring a prestigious design award at the renowned World of Wearable Arts (WOW) event for the first time in 2024. Their goal was to not only enhance their sponsorship but also create an engaging activation that would drive brand love and generate valuable leads from event attendees.
Activation Concept: AI-Driven Photo Experience
To bring their sponsorship to life, Fisher Funds wanted an activation that connected their brand to the theme of WOW 2024, Dream Awake, while offering a fun and memorable experience for attendees.
The solution was a cutting-edge AI photo booth, where visitors could have their photos taken and then transformed into fantastical, wearable art-inspired versions of themselves. The generated images were displayed on a People of WOW magazine cover which was pushed to their mobisite so they could download and share. The creative drew inspiration from the Kingfisher bird (Fisher Funds’ logo) and the WOW Dream Awake theme. The experience was both immersive and shareable, blending technology, art, and branding seamlessly.

Creative Concept: We designed a unique, engaging experience that aligned with both the Fisher Funds brand and the WOW theme.
AI Application: We built and customised the AI application that powered the photo booth experience, creating high-quality, whimsical images for every participant.
Activation Registration: Our team managed the registration process, capturing key attendee data while keeping the experience seamless and easy for participants.
Setup & Onsite Management: Satellite oversaw the entire setup, and provided all of the equipment, hardware and software. For each of the 18 shows we had a photographer and BA on site managing the activation.
Image Moderation: We provided real-time image moderation, ensuring all generated content was in line with Fisher Funds brand’s guidelines and event standards.
