Maverick TV, a stream of fresh content

Satellite were engaged by Maverick TV to design and build the new mavericktv.co.uk and mavericktvusa.com websites.

Maverick TV is a multi-award winning international Television & Digital production company based in London, Los Angeles and Birmingham.

They are renowned for some of the most loved programmes on British and US television. They are growing fast by developing and producing exciting shows that audiences love to watch. 

The design brief called for a look and feel that was elegant, bold, and innovative, and would showcase Maverick’s portfolio of programmes in an engaging way. The key to success was enabling the presentation of the portfolio to look stunning but not detracting from the visuals showcasing each show.

Website development

Being familiar with Wordpress the client requested we use this CMS to build their new site. While the whole site can be content managed, Maverick’s key request was to have the website continually refresh with new content, and with minimal manual effort.

Our solution to this is the activity feed where content is automatically pulled from their Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and Vimeo accounts.
