NZ House and Garden Tours

Since 2018, Satellite has been collaborating with Stuff Events to provide event management services for the NZ House and Garden Tours. This event is popular with gardening and architecture enthusiasts, taking place in four New Zealand cities, with each city hosting for two days.

Event Management

A week before each event, attendees receive a mobi guide with interactive maps, house lists, and their designated starting house to help manage congestion.

Onsite Access Control

At the event, attendees present their tickets, which are scanned by Satellite’s system, and receive an RFID wristband for access control and participation in competitions.

Sponsor Activations and Lead Generation

Satellite supports sponsors with lead generation tools at event hubs and integrates sponsor competitions into the mobi guide, enhancing attendee engagement.

Registration and Ticketing

Ticket Sales Setup

Satellite manages the ticketing website, which goes live in September. In 2024, 50% of tickets sold out within 24 hours. Ticket options include standard and VIP packages.

Upsell Opportunities

Standard tickets offer upsells like lunches, magazine subscriptions, and donations to the Breast Cancer Foundation, with seamless integration during purchase.

Sales and Reporting

Satellite supports sales with real-time reporting and handles inquiries leading up to the event.

Onsite Ticketing and Wristband Integration

Attendees’ tickets are scanned, and they receive RFID wristbands for easy access to event locations and activities.
